The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for testing calibrating and repairing production machines and related subassemblies to meet quality and efficiency standards in a timely manner.

• Test calibrate and repair production machines and related subassemblies to written and/or oral specifications in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency standards.
• Ensures quality and operation of work.
• Reads and interprets schematics and blueprints required to ensure proper calibration of machines.
• Timely and accurate testing and calibration of all electronic subassemblies and must clearly document results.
• Ensure that design implementation test and maintenance methods and/or processes are developed as well as executed in a manner which supports all Quality Standards.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Troubleshooting skills a key competency for this role.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to accurately document testing and calibration results.
• Knowledge of quality standards and ability to execute processes in compliance with them.

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
