The Impact That You Will Make

ARMI is seeking an entry level candidate to join our phase-appropriate process development and cell therapy manufacturing team. The successful candidate will accurately follow detailed instructions and established procedures with frequent supervision. This role requires particularly strong attention to detail the ability to take direction and an excitement for learning.

Your Role

  • Perform general cleanroom housekeeping including cleaning of rooms and equipment disposal of waste and other lab chores
  • Assist Operations staff with material receipt and storage needs
  • Accurately follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
  • Document all activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)
  • Recognize deviations from the intended procedures and escalate as appropriate
  • Proactively identify safety and quality improvements

Your Skills and Experiences

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word Excel and other Office systems

Working Conditions

  • Cleanroom laboratory environment with exposure to biologics chemical reagents and analytical instruments
  • Shift: Sunday Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday 10-hour days
  • Some holiday coverage may be necessary
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
