This position is based out of our Grand Island NY site within BioProduction Group.

A Day in the Life:
- Use of equipment that includes mixers mills blenders pumps filtration systems packaging and laboratory equipment.
- Calibrate and operate manual semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment. Identify and conduct basic troubleshooting equipment.
- Follow all safe practices policies standard operating procedures and work instructions in controlled environments up to and including classified clean rooms.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Required: No previous work experience required
Preferred: 1 years of experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
1 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment is strongly preferred.
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- General understanding of technical mechanical and machinery equipment is preferred. Basic computer skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail for complex instructions and documentation while maintaining quality output. Demonstrated proficiency in multiple processes in a fast-paced work environment.
- Perform basic math verbal written and oral communication with team.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Ability to push pull lift and move up to 45 pounds and may be required to stand for extended periods of time while performing duties. Ability to squat bend and reach different items to complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including work uniform steel toe shoes hair net beard guard (when required) safety glasses and gloves. PPE may also include a bump cap face shield and full/half-face respirators.

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $14.05$21.07.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
