Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual labor related to hazardous/explosive waste processing
Support thermal treatment of explosive materials and post-treatment cleanup
Handle highly regulated processes with strict adherence to documentation and paperwork
Maintain strong attention to detail for compliance and safety procedures
Work primarily outdoors in extreme temperatures
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have:
Willingness to perform heavy manual labor daily
Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat (up to 120 F)
Strong attention to detail especially with paperwork and compliance
Ability to pass ATF background check for explosives
Preferred:
Forklift experience (not mandatory)
Education
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Conversion Potential
Yes opportunity to convert to full-time

Safety Requirements
Must be eligible for BATFE Level 4 clearance (employee possessor of explosives).
Clearance is required due to the handling of explosive materials and is processed through the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) after onboarding.
Reference ATF Form 5400.28 which is used to determine the eligibility of an employee possessor to engage in certain explosives operations.
Training
Initial training may require travel to Houston TX or Kellyville OK

Schedule: Monday Thursday
Hours: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Overtime
Yes as needed
May include:
o Extended weekday hours
o Occasional weekend work
