Location:Vista CA92081 (Onsite Must be local)

Pay Rate:$22$24/hour (based on experience)

Duration:6-Month Contract (Excellent potential for extension or permanent conversion)

Schedule:MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (potential overtime with notice)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician I to join the Production Operations team. This role focuses on building and assembling precision equipment from the ground up requiring strong attention to detail the ability to follow written instructions and comfort working in a repetitive quality-driven is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools building things and wants to grow into a long-term role within manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Performelectro-mechanical assemblyand sub-assembly builds using hand tools
• Followwritten procedures (SOPs)to complete step-by-step assembly processes
• Assemble components includingcable routing wiring and mechanical parts
• Conductvisual and functional quality checksto ensure product accuracy
• Accuratelydocument work including serial numbers and build data in Excel
• Maintainquality safety and 5S standardson the production floor
• Identify and escalatebuild quality or process issueswhen needed
• Support installation and basic configuration of systems as required

Required Qualifications (MUST HAVES)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year ofassembly manufacturing warehouse or production experience
• Experience using tools and building/assembling things(professional or personal)
• Hands-on you like to work with your hands and enjoybuilding and putting things together
• Canfollow written instructions and SOPs step-by-step
• Comfortable performingrepetitive work daily doing same thing every day(assembly line-style environment)
• Basiccomputer skills(Microsoft Outlook Word Excel)
• Ability to useExcel for basic data entry(e.g. tracking serial numbers)
• Strong understanding ofquality safety and attention to detail
• Strongattention to detailand accuracy
• Ability tolearn quickly and follow direction closely
• Ability tolift up to 25 lbs.
• Must pass standard background check and drug test

Bonus But not required

• Experience withelectro-mechanical assembly wiring or cable routing
• Background inmedical device or regulated manufacturing environments
