Manufacturing Technician 1st Shift

• Independent layup of 70% parts with knowledge in both SR and SF within their immediate cell.
• Achieve a minimum efficiency of 58%.
• Maintains a high level of quality while balancing the need for efficiency.
• Use WI Solumina and complete the layup portion of CSOs independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail required. Ensures that all assigned work areas are kept clean orderly and always presentable. Apply the 6S principle (Sort Straighten Shine Standardize Sustain and Safety).
• Complies with all paperwork such as work instructions that govern job duties.
• Must be able to understand all process specifications and pertinent reference information.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines and report any hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• May be assigned to different work areas as production needs require.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Team Lead Department Supervisor or Line Manager.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 months to 1 year of direct composite work or 3 years manufacturing experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic computer skills required
