Job Summary
- Perform manual or semi-automated assembly of small components.
- Document processes and record production data accurately.
- Inspect components using microscopes sensors and other precision tools.
- Analyze data using JMP or other statistical analysis software to determine specification ranges.
- Prepare reports summarizing results conclusions and process recommendations.
- Develop and propose process parameter specifications to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Support the development of automated data acquisition systems.
- General laboratory experience and technical skills are required.
- Ability to work in an ISO Class 8 Cleanroom Environment (CE).
- Strong data entry analysis and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and statistical software (e.g. JMP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a passion for R&D and continuous improvement.
