Manufacturing Tech

• Perform manual or semi-automated assembly of small components.
• Document processes and record production data accurately.
• Inspect components using microscopes sensors and other precision tools.
• Analyze data using JMP or other statistical analysis software to determine specification ranges.
• Prepare reports summarizing results conclusions and process recommendations.
• Develop and propose process parameter specifications to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Support the development of automated data acquisition systems.

• General laboratory experience and technical skills are required.
• Ability to work in an ISO Class 8 Cleanroom Environment (CE).
• Strong data entry analysis and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and statistical software (e.g. JMP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a passion for R&D and continuous improvement.
