Manufacturing Team Lead – Weekend Shift – Starting at 38.31+hr + 2.00 Shift Premium

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Shift: Fri Sun 4:00pm 5:30am OT as needed

What You Will Do:

As a Manufacturing Team Lead you will oversee daily production operations while guiding a team to meet safety quality and delivery goals. This role combines hands-on manufacturing leadership with process improvement ensuring efficient production while maintaining compliance in a regulated environment.

• Lead day-to-day production activities ensuring schedules staffing levels and output targets are achieved
• Delegate work provide onsite leadership and ensure accountability across production team members
• Monitor performance metrics and escalate risks or resource constraints to manufacturing leadership
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve safety quality and efficiency
• Drive compliance with GMP GDP and quality standards including ownership of nonconformances CAPAs and PPS initiatives
• Ensure safe operations by enforcing policies documenting incidents and promoting a strong safety culture
• Support production execution by coordinating materials assisting with lot control activities and resolving operational issues
• Develop team capability through training feedback and performance management including shift handoffs and communication

What You Need:

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum five (5) years experience in a manufacturing or cGMP environment

Preferred

• Associates or Bachelors degree
• Previous leadership experience
• Seven (7) years of manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequently stand walk and move throughout the production floor
• Working in a manufacturing environment with machinery and required PPE

$38.31 - $54.21/hr $2.00 shift premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.
