Job Description
- Own post clean room manufacturing processes to deliver compliant product on time and to specification
- Lead daily production activities and monitor performance against quality cost and delivery goals
- Identify bottlenecks and waste improving flow throughput and inventory health
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles to stabilize and optimize operations
- Track and publish key performance indicators including backlog inventory drivers and nonconformance cost
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S Kaizen and value stream analysis
- Partner crossfunctionally with Quality Engineering Planning and Supply Chain
- Supervise coach and develop manufacturing staff
- Set clear priorities and expectations especially during periods of change
- Plan longterm equipment and workforce needs aligned with business growth
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean methodologies required
- Ability to analyze data identify root causes and drive sustainable improvements required
- Experience leading and developing manufacturing teams required
- Experience in regulated or highvolume manufacturing environments preferred
- 35 years of experience in manufacturing operations or process improvement required
- Prior handson experience as an individual contributor required
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or Operations Management preferred
- A leadership role with real ownership and decisionmaking authority

Salary Range:
$77900.00-$103800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location local regulations (such as minimum wage) education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
