Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesSupporting and developing the entire manufacturing or assembly team including a minimum of four Team Leaders and fifty Team MembersManage all aspects of Assembly/Manufacturing including planning organizing staffing for meeting production requirements while also meeting performance metrics in Safety Quality Productivity and CostOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh school diplomaFive years of previous manufacturing experienceThree years in a leadership roleMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable QualificationsBachelors degree in manufacturing or related field5 7 years of assembly experience in a related industry5 years in a leadership role Knowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesProficient with Microsoft Word Excel and SAPEffective verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational skillsAble to use creative problem-solving skillsDetail oriented and self-directedAbility to multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgencyAbility to be flexible with work activitiesAbility to give direction well either verbal or writtenJob ConditionsManufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
