Were seeking a Forge Supervisor to lead our Drop Forge and Screw Press operations overseeing a talented team responsible for producing high-quality forged components. What Youll Do

  • Lead daily operations across drop forge screw press saw grinding and inspection areas
  • Plan and coordinate production to meet output targets and delivery schedules
  • Supervise coach and develop a high-performing hourly team
  • Monitor production performance and report daily metrics
  • Ensure all forging processes meet strict quality and process standards
  • Inspect dies presses and work-in-process; identify issues and drive corrective actions
  • Support and manage tooling dies and forging parameters
  • Train and onboard new employees in forging operations
  • Set work schedules and optimize productivity
  • Participate in technical reviews of forging processes and improvements
  • Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance at all times
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles
  • Support special projects and operational improvements

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience within heavy industrial setting
  • Prior supervision experience within a manufacturing environment

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree preferred
    OR High School Diploma 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus
  • Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
