And we are currently looking for an experienced Shift Manufacturing Supervisorto join our Overview:We are seeking aShift Manufacturing Supervisorto lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the second shift operations ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality safety and :Supervise and lead a team of production operators material handlers and technicians to ensure smooth and efficient production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality mentor and evaluate team members providing guidance for professional safety policies and procedures conducting regular safety equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for repairs and preventive and resolve production bottlenecks to improve compliance with company policies quality standards and regulatory :High school diploma or experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or in a similar role preferably in a plastic injection molding or related manufacturing leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a problem-solving and decision-making Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended working in various environmental conditions including noise heat cold and exposure to to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses gloves and ear protection when on the manufacturing floor.
