Shift: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM (Flexibility as needed to support business operations)

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will lead daily manufacturing operations within our AOF AGT production area ensuring the highest standards of safety quality delivery and operational excellence. Youll coach and develop a team of manufacturing technicians while driving continuous improvement initiatives that help our site operate efficiently and successfully.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support a team of manufacturing technicians during daily operations.
• Promote a culture focused on safety quality accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with established procedures cGMP requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor production performance and resolve issues to keep operations running efficiently.
• Partner with Quality Engineering Supply Chain Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity quality and operational performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train mentor and develop employees to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
• Conduct performance discussions provide coaching and recognize employee achievements.
• Support production planning and help ensure customer commitments are met.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Operations Life Sciences or a related field preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing production operations or a related environment.
• Experience managing production schedules workflows and resource planning.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical biotechnology medical device food manufacturing or other regulated manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working in cGMP and/or ISO-regulated environments preferred.

• Experience documenting work accurately and following quality and safety procedures.
• Comfortable collaborating across departments to achieve production goals.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend squat reach and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including steel-toe shoes safety glasses gloves hair covering and additional PPE as required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $75000.00$95000.00.
