The Manufacturing Scheduler is responsible for planning coordinating and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations while meeting customer requirements regulatory standards and business objectives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to balance production priorities maximize resource utilization and maintain schedule accuracy in a GMP/cGMP manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop maintain and optimize daily weekly and long-term production schedules based on customer demand capacity and business priorities.
Coordinate with Manufacturing Quality Control Engineering Maintenance and other departments to ensure the availability of materials equipment and personnel.
Monitor production performance schedule adherence and equipment utilization making adjustments to minimize disruptions and improve operational efficiency.
Resolve scheduling conflicts communicate production changes and provide accurate forecasts and schedule updates to stakeholders.
Support new product introductions maintenance activities process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with GMP/cGMP standards and company procedures.
Shift: Mon - Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
At least 24 years of experience in production scheduling manufacturing planning supply chain or a related role.
Knowledge of GMP/cGMP manufacturing environments and production scheduling principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project ERP/MRP systems or other scheduling software with strong Microsoft Office skills.
Strong analytical organizational problem-solving and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities adapt to changing production demands and make sound scheduling decisions.
Detail-oriented self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location.
