Manufacturing Project Manager ( Full-time ) Westfield,IN DK

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented independent Manufacturing Project Manager to drive complex electronics manufacturing and process improvement projects from concept to delivery.
You will be responsible for owning tasks without oversight collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that technical systems are delivered with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management:Manage projects from requirements gathering to final delivery ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Documentation & Planning:Author and maintain precise technical documentation including SOPs and BOMs; manage project schedules using tools like Excel and Gantt charts.
• Resource Coordination:Coordinate procurement fabrication and production resources to ensure seamless execution.
• Continuous Improvement:Use data and metrics to drive process improvements; support quoting efforts through labor and material estimation.
• Communication:Act as the primary point of contact between customers vendors and internal technical teams.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical Mechanical Industrial) Engineering Technology Supply Chain & Operations Management Project Management or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency:Strong experience with project planning tools (Excel Gantt charts) technical writing and familiarity with MRP systems or BOMs.
• Process Knowledge:Familiarity with lean manufacturing 5S or Kaizen methods is a plus.
• Soft Skills:Ability to work independently multitask across shifting priorities and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
