Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end industrial and manufacturing transfer programs
• Manage production transfer activities from Phoenix site to Safran network locations
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and transfer plans
• Coordinate governance meetings and provide regular project status updates
• Manage transfer budgets costs and financial tracking
• Act as the primary liaison between Collins Aerospace and Safran receiving sites
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with engineering operations manufacturing and supply chain teams
• Ensure transfer milestones and deliverables are completed on time
• Maintain compliance with operational safety and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing transfer processes

Required Skills

• Strong experience in industrial or manufacturing transfer programs
• Expertise in project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera
• Strong budget management and cost control skills
• Knowledge of supply chain manufacturing and industrialization processes
• Experience with risk management and mitigation planning
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience
• OE transfer management experience
• Cross-site manufacturing coordination exposure
• Governance and operational reporting experience

Additional Information

• Strong coordination and leadership skills required
• Must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and manufacturing sites
• Experience in operational transfer environments preferred
• Temporary employee group classification
