Manufacturing Production Lead I 1st Shift 32.10hr

What You Will Do:

As a Manufacturing Production Lead I you will support daily operations within Final Processing by coordinating production activities helping teams achieve performance goals and fostering a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement. You will serve as a key resource on the production floor ensuring priorities are aligned and issues are addressed quickly to support customer needs.

• Coordinate staffing and workflow assignments to support hourly daily weekly and monthly production goals.
• Monitor production performance and adjust resources as needed to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to prioritize orders and support customer demand requirements.
• Identify and escalate equipment quality and process issues that may impact operational performance.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to maintain and improve work instructions packaging standards and manufacturing processes.
• Support investigations and resolution of nonconformances and quality-related initiatives.
• Lead daily management activities communicate production results and help drive problem-solving efforts.
• Train and support team members while promoting safety quality accountability and teamwork.
• Facilitate effective shift handoffs and communication between production teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety quality productivity and operational excellence.

What you will need

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience following work instructions standard operating procedures (SOPs) or regulated manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and support a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.

Preferred:

• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA FAA ISO or similar).
• Prior experience leading production teams coordinating workflow or supporting daily production operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to reach push pull and perform repetitive motions as required.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses and steel-toe footwear in designated areas.
• Ability to work in controlled manufacturing environments requiring adherence to gowning hygiene and contamination-control procedures.

$32.10/hr bonus potential and benefits.
