What Will You Do:

• Develop and manage production schedules and inventory plans to ensure on-time product delivery and efficient use of manufacturing capacity.

• Balance supply and demand while supporting operational performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing material planning quality and other teams to align priorities resolve constraints and support new product introductions.

• Evaluate key factors identify risks and make data-driven decisions that improve production efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes optimize workflows and strengthen planning accuracy.

How Will You Get Here

Education:

• Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma. GED required.

• Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain or Operations highly desired.

Experience:

• Experience Required: 5 years of supply chain experience.

• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

• Working knowledge of supply planning processes capacity modeling and inventory management

• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply chain dynamics

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

• Proven ability to partner with diverse groups including manufacturing planning quality customer care and product management

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to provide clear consistent updates to leadership on project status risks and performance against goals

• Ability to support occasional overtime to meet business needs.
