Manufacturing Operations Manager Lead Manufacturing Excellence
Onsite Lancaster PA
Are you a proven operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys driving results across production supply chain quality and logistics
Were seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead plant operations for a growing manufacturer of high-quality architectural and perimeter security products. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager and responsible for optimizing performance across materials scheduling production quality and logistics.
What Youll Do:
Lead and oversee all plant operations to ensure on-time delivery quality safety and efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity quality cost reduction and operational excellence
Manage cross-functional teams including Production Quality Materials Scheduling and Logistics
Develop and execute operating budgets CAPEX plans and annual operational strategies
Support new product introductions process improvements and equipment implementation
Build coach and develop supervisors and employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and regulatory requirements
What Were Looking For:
10 years of manufacturing operations experience with an Associates or Bachelors Degree (15 years considered in lieu of degree)
8 years leading multi-disciplinary teams in a complex manufacturing environment
Experience supporting U.S. Government projects is a plus
Strong knowledge of production supply chain quality logistics and safety regulations
Exceptional leadership communication problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
