Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Operations Support to work with our client in Racho Santa Margarita CA. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Job Decription:
The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita CA provides precision-machined components that power industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
In this full-time role you will support all Hand Operations including Heat Treat Cleaning Sort and Deburr processes on day shift. Through on the job training you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position. Tekberry seeks a self-motivated organized detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced multicultural environment and values teamwork. The start time for this position is between 5am and 7am.
Qualifications:
- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
- Strong manual dexterity
- High volume parts inspection and handling
- Microscopic inspection
- Part Cleaning and handling
- Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- Ability to interpret specifications including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
