Manufacturing Manager

Seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead liquid and solid oral dose production operations within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role will oversee multiple production lines and shifts while driving operational efficiency accountability process improvement and team development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OTC or pharmaceutical manufacturing and a proven ability to improve performance within fast-paced operations.

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts and product lines.
• Manage coach and develop production supervisors leads and operators.
• Drive operational improvements related to productivity quality staffing and workflow efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs production metrics and accountability standards.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP SOPs FDA regulations and quality standards.
• Partner with Quality Engineering Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to support operational goals.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Support team restructuring training and leadership development initiatives.
• Maintain strong visibility and engagement on the production floor.

• 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience within OTC or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience overseeing both liquid and solid oral dose production operations.
• Strong GMP and FDA-regulated manufacturing background.
• Proven success in driving accountability operational improvements and culture change.
• Strong leadership communication coaching and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively within fast-paced evolving manufacturing environments.
