Job Summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is expanding operations and launching a new countertop manufacturing facility in Pineville NC. We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support production equipment facility systems and day-to-day manufacturing operations.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team during the launch of a new operation and play a key role in helping support equipment reliability production efficiency and overall operational success from day one.

We are seeking candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and experience supporting manufacturing industrial fabrication or production equipment in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

What Youll Do:

  • Perform preventative corrective and emergency maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Support saws polishers conveyors compressors pumps and material handling systems
  • Assist with installation setup and calibration of new equipment
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and operational readiness
  • Help minimize downtime by responding quickly to maintenance needs
  • Maintain maintenance logs and support preventative maintenance programs
  • Partner with operations leadership to support production and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with general facility maintenance as needed

What Were Looking For:

  • 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing industrial fabrication or production environments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience working with electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read manuals diagrams and equipment schematics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Technical training trade school or industrial maintenance certifications are a plus
