Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate II / Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in Bellefontaine Ohio. This hands-on role is responsible for troubleshooting repairing installing and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and PLC troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and PLC-controlled production equipment
  • Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery
  • Install maintain and improve equipment to reduce downtime scrap and repair costs
  • Use electrical/electronic testing equipment hand tools and shop equipment safely
  • Operate drill presses band saws grinders hydraulic presses and other maintenance tools
  • Perform welding brazing and cutting as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints maintenance manuals drawings and schematics
  • Support equipment upgrades new machinery reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures including lockout/tagout and machine guarding
  • Follow applicable quality environmental and safety standards including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001/45001
  • Train and assist other maintenance team members as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Technical degree trade school training or equivalent industrial maintenance experience
  • 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing:
    • Electrical systems
    • Mechanical systems
    • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
    • PLC-controlled equipment
  • Proficiency using hand tools power tools and maintenance shop equipment
  • Ability to work independently prioritize repairs and make sound maintenance decisions
  • Ability to read blueprints schematics manuals and technical drawings
  • Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Welding brazing and metal cutting experience
  • Preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance experience
  • Experience working in automotive industrial or high-volume manufacturing environments
