If you are an Information Technology professional looking for an opportunity to grow Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Sidney Ohio location you will support and maintain the technology systems that keep production running efficiently including computer systems network equipment manufacturing technology and end-user devices. If you have experience troubleshooting hardware software or network issues and are passionate about delivering hands-on technical support this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on plant operations and business success.

AS A MANUFACTURING IT SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST YOU WILL:

  • Provide hands-on support troubleshooting and maintenance for desktops laptops mobile devices printers and plant network infrastructure.

  • Support production and manufacturing systems by resolving hardware software connectivity and system performance issues.

  • Partner with engineering maintenance and operations teams to ensure reliable performance of manufacturing technology and business systems.

  • Deliver technical support to plant personnel manage help desk requests and train users on approved technology solutions.

  • Support cybersecurity and compliance efforts including user access management security monitoring and vulnerability remediation.

  • Assist with IT projects asset management system upgrades equipment installations and deployment of new technologies.

SCHEDULE:

This role is based fully onsite and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities. This position works a first-shift schedule with a standard 40-hour work week Monday through Friday. Occasional support outside of normal working hours including second-shift coverage may be required based on business needs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field preferred.

  • Two (2) years of IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems Microsoft 365 networking and hardware troubleshooting.

  • Experience supporting printers scanners wireless networks and industrial devices.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
