Manufacturing HSE Specialist

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How youll make an impact

• Develop implement and continuously improve health safety and environmental programs across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct workplace inspections audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence and strengthen safety performance.
• Deliver engaging HSE training programs that build awareness accountability and safe work practices.
• Maintain HSE documentation records permits and reports to support compliance and operational excellence.
• Partner with engineering production and maintenance teams to integrate HSE requirements into projects and process improvements.
• Monitor environmental performance including waste management emissions chemical storage and discharge activities.
• Support emergency preparedness initiatives response planning and drill execution to enhance site readiness.

Your background

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience within a manufacturing industrial or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA EPA and applicable health safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience leading incident investigations and applying root cause analysis methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver training influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Professional certifications such as CSP CIH or other relevant HSE credentials are considered an advantage.
