In this impactful role youll partner with cross-functional teams to promote a proactive safety culture ensure regulatory compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives that protect our people facilities and environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How youll make an impact
- Develop implement and continuously improve health safety and environmental programs across manufacturing operations.
- Conduct workplace inspections audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence and strengthen safety performance.
- Deliver engaging HSE training programs that build awareness accountability and safe work practices.
- Maintain HSE documentation records permits and reports to support compliance and operational excellence.
- Partner with engineering production and maintenance teams to integrate HSE requirements into projects and process improvements.
- Monitor environmental performance including waste management emissions chemical storage and discharge activities.
- Support emergency preparedness initiatives response planning and drill execution to enhance site readiness.
Your background
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience within a manufacturing industrial or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA EPA and applicable health safety and environmental regulations.
- Experience leading incident investigations and applying root cause analysis methodologies.
- Proven ability to deliver training influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Professional certifications such as CSP CIH or other relevant HSE credentials are considered an advantage.
