Trident Consulting is seeking a Manufacturing Helper for one of our clients in Pasadena TX A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Manufacturing Helper

Location: Houston TX

Duration: 12 Months

Pay: $21/hr on W2(Inclusive all)

Rotating Shifts:

Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm 1:00pm-9:30pm or 9:00pm-5:30am. weekends may be required. and the shifts can change from work week to work week

Description:

• Responsible for cleaning mopping sweeping emptying trash containers cleaning shavings The Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician supports daily production operations across extrusion tapeline and cover line processes.
• This role focuses on monitoring equipment performance assisting with machine setup maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement activities.
• The technician works closely with operators and leadership to ensure safe efficient and high-quality production while developing multi-line competency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED are required

Must have prior forklift and crane operation experience
