• Must be 18 years old..
• Ability tolift 25 lbs consistently and stay active on your feet for half your shift.
• Able to pass a physicalexam.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Strong understanding of measurements percentages and production calculations.
• Experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation.
• Experience with mechanical maintenance / repair.

• Oversee and support manufacturing staff on the floor under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing.
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed for production including UL requirements for measurement and weight.
• Maintain quality control and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Operate and oversee machinery ensuring top-notch production standards.
