ð Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in driving operational excellence through quoting process improvement safety leadership and CNC manufacturing support. This position partners across engineering production and sales to deliver efficient high-quality results.

â Key Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs and machining processes using CAM software (off-line programming)
- Create and modify 3D models tooling and fixture designs (Mastercam or similar)
- Validate CNC programs using machine simulation tools
- Lead and manage quoting activities including RFQs cost analysis and customer submissions
- Analyze cost structures and market trends to ensure competitive pricing strategies
- Track and report quote performance and win/loss trends
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Conduct workflow analysis time studies and cost optimization projects
- Promote and support shop floor safety initiatives and compliance
ð What Were Looking For
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required
- 5 years of experience in CNC machining CNC Programming
- Experience with quoting cost analysis or production planning
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with CAM software (e.g. Mastercam)
- Strong problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Clean well-lit manufacturing facility
- Temperature-controlled shop environment
- Exposure to machining equipment; PPE required

- Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
