Manufacturing Engineer

ð Position Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in driving operational excellence through quoting process improvement safety leadership and CNC manufacturing support. This position partners across engineering production and sales to deliver efficient high-quality results.

â Key Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs and machining processes using CAM software (off-line programming)
• Create and modify 3D models tooling and fixture designs (Mastercam or similar)
• Validate CNC programs using machine simulation tools
• Lead and manage quoting activities including RFQs cost analysis and customer submissions
• Analyze cost structures and market trends to ensure competitive pricing strategies
• Track and report quote performance and win/loss trends
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
• Conduct workflow analysis time studies and cost optimization projects
• Promote and support shop floor safety initiatives and compliance

ð What Were Looking For

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required
• 5 years of experience in CNC machining CNC Programming
• Experience with quoting cost analysis or production planning
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with CAM software (e.g. Mastercam)
• Strong problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Temperature-controlled shop environment
• Exposure to machining equipment; PPE required

• Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
