Job Description

• Main focus is improving the Quality and Prcoss Controll in day to day manufacturing
• Hands on Utilization and understanding of various problem solving tools
• Advanced Product Quality Planning
• Customer/ Vendor contact
• 8D problem solving methodology
• Continuous improvement plans

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a BS in Electrical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive Manufacturing / Process Engineering
• A strong background with SMT Through-hole (THT) Insertion Paste printing Wave Soldering Hand soldering Assembly IPC standards and Statistical techniques.
• Knowledgeable regarding TQM SPC Continuous Improvement Process Control Cellular Flow JIT 5S and Cycle Time Reduction
• Skilled in the design and execution of process and productivity improvements.
