Manufacturing Engineer

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:The primary purpose of the Manufacturing Engineer position is to apply engineering principles to drive process improvements in the manufacturing of medical devices while positively affecting quality delivery cost safety and morale. This role requires a positive attitude strong attention to detail and a desire for professional growth with high internal JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Adhere to Viant Core Values and all safety and quality requirements including QMS EMS FDA regulations company policies and operating and execute process and test method validations (IQ OQ PQ PPQ).Prepare and review documentation such as specifications manufacturing procedures and technical effectively with internal teams suppliers and lean processes in a cellular manufacturing CAPAs within assigned areas of and produce standard work and process and approve engineering drawings and structured problem-solving and statistical analysis tooling fixtures and equipment to optimize productivity and and coordinate engineering continuous improvement and implement new process across teams to improve manufacturability and in cross-functional project customer expectations are met or validation protocols and material maintenance troubleshooting as REQUIREMENTS:Close distance and color vision for inspecting parts and in medical devices of statistical methods and machining problem-solving written and verbal communication to work in a team to work with minimal / EDUCATION:Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).Experience with SolidWorks and Minitab EXPERIENCE:03 years in a regulated industry manufacturing and new product development experience REQUIREMENTS:Light work: exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently; involves lifting carrying pushing or pulling :Medical dental and vision benefits-effective on date of hireGenerous paid time off benefits and 10 paid Holidays136 hours of PTOCompany-paid life insurance401k plan with company matchUp to $150-off your gym membership annuallyEmployee Discount Program with savings on electronics home goods gym equipment and more
