Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer I to support manufacturing operations process improvements and production efficiency within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers looking to build experience in manufacturing engineering process optimization and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes resolve production challenges and support quality and operational excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and reliable production.
Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and reliable production.
Develop implement and improve manufacturing processes work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and implement corrective actions.
Assist with process validation equipment qualification and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Quality Engineering Supply Chain and Operations teams to resolve production issues.
Support new product introductions process transfers and equipment installations.
Maintain manufacturing documentation and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all safety quality and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with 0 years of relevant experience OR
Bachelors Degree with 0 years of relevant experience OR
Associates Degree with 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience OR
High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial Biomedical or a related Engineering discipline.
Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial Biomedical or a related Engineering discipline.
Internship or hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in medical device automotive aerospace or other regulated manufacturing industries is a plus.
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
