JOB SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Engineer I supports production operations by improving manufacturing processes increasing efficiency and ensuring product quality. This role contributes to the development and implementation of manufacturing solutions across a variety of products while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in the design and implementation of manufacturing processes tools and fixtures.
• Identify troubleshoot and help resolve production issues defects and assembly challenges.
• Conduct time studies and process analysis to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering quality and production teams.
• Utilize Power BI to analyze data identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Track and report key performance metrics including throughput efficiency downtime and quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety quality and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the selection evaluation and qualification of new equipment and technologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support implementation of corrective actions.

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Electrical Engineering or a related field required.
• 0-1 years of experience

• Basic knowledge of assembly testing and material handling processes.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis tools including Power BI preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint).

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented cross-functional environment.

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
