OurConroeFacility producesdownholeproducts for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products we provide employees with an air-conditioned environmenthighly organized and clean300000 SQ. facility new CNC Machines(Mazak MoriSieke DMG MoriWeiler etc.)anda strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

• Analyze and optimize plant layout material flow and labor utilization
• Conduct time studies and establish labor standards
• Identify and implement process improvements using lean methodologies
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen Six Sigma etc.)
• Develop capacity models and support production planning
• Improve ergonomics safety and workplace efficiency
• Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to drive decision-making
• Support cost reduction and productivity improvement efforts

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. Degree in IndustrialEngineering
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• 3-8 years of Industrial Engineering Experience
• Any shop or hands on experience required
