We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Calibration Test Technician to join a production team responsible for calibrating testing troubleshooting and preparing advanced laboratory automation systems for shipment.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing calibration instrumentation testing or laboratory automation equipment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring products meet quality and performance standards before customer delivery.

• Calibrate test and prepare complex laboratory instruments and automation systems for shipment
• Follow established manufacturing and testing procedures to ensure product quality and compliance
• Perform functional verification and system performance testing
• Serve as the first line of troubleshooting for instrument and equipment issues
• Diagnose mechanical electrical software and operational problems during production testing
• Document test results and maintain accurate production records
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues
• Ensure adherence to safety quality and production standards

• Associates degree in a technical field such as:

  • Computer Technology
  • Life Sciences
  • Chemistry
  • Engineering Technology
  • Related discipline

  OR

  Equivalent combination of education and substantial relevant work experience

• 3 5 years of experience in:
  • Calibration
  • Manufacturing testing
  • Instrumentation support
  • Production technician roles
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of:
  • Statistical methods
  • Basic data analysis
  • Testing techniques and formulas
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated proactive and willing to ask questions to drive problem resolution

• Bachelors degree in:
  • Life Sciences

  • Related technical discipline
• Experience with:
  • Calibration equipment
