Highlights of your role
Perform quality checks throughout the pultrusion process to ensure products meet specifications
Set up operate and shut down equipment while maintaining proper tooling care and fiber loading techniques
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues documenting key process variables to support consistency and quality
Disassemble clean and reassemble pultrusion dies to support efficient operations
Support team development by providing on-the-job training to colleagues and assisting as a Pultrusion Inspector when needed
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment including managing hazardous waste streams
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed processes and uphold quality standards in a manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or production issues
Comfort working on a 12-hour shift and performing hands-on physical work
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Also want to make sure you have
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to learn and apply pultrusion techniques including tooling care and material identification
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or willingness to learn in a hands-on environment
Dependability and a team-oriented mindset to support production goals
