- Assemble medical device components and subassemblies using hand tools such as torque drivers screwdrivers wrenches and pliers
- Perform assembly and soldering activities by following detailed work instructions and procedures
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Accurately complete production transactions in the ERP system and document required manufacturing data
- Assist with packing labeling and preparing finished goods for shipment
- Identify and communicate nonconformances to senior technicians quality personnel or engineering staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements
- Follow documented procedures supporting FDA quality regulations ISO 13485 requirements and internal quality objectives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety quality and efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with assembly soldering or inspection in a regulated or precision manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with IPCA610 and/or IPC JSTD001 standards is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and internet navigation
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a tightknit production team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated industry
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 standards
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
