Manufacturing Assembly Associate

Location: Tupelo MS

Available Shifts & Pay

Day Shift

  • Pay: $14.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday Thursday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • Positions Available: 3
  • Includes frequent heavy lifting and material handling

Night Shift

  • Pay: $14.50 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday Thursday 4:00 PM 2:30 AM
  • Primarily focused on assembly with less heavy lifting
Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Assembly Associates to join our growing production team in Tupelo MS. Candidates will be responsible for assembling products operating within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background excellent work ethic and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Day shift employees should be comfortable performing frequent heavy lifting while night shift employees will focus more heavily on assembly and production-related tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assemble products and components according to production specifications and work instructions.
  • Perform manufacturing and assembly operations while maintaining quality standards.
  • Use hand tools power tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality requirements.
  • Follow all safety policies procedures and production guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Assist with material handling movement of components and general production support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing experience is required.
  • Assembly experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Day shift candidates must be able to perform frequent heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand bend lift and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
