Manual Machinist (Temp-to-Hire)
Location:New Iberia LA 70560
Pay:$28-$32 DOE
Shift:7am-4pm M-F O-T as needed (40-70 hrs/ week)
Candidate should have experience with:
- VTL
- Manual Lathe
- Drill Press
- Bridgeport Knee Mill
- Horizontal Boring Mill (48x30 BT 50 Holder)
- Experience with compressor component repairsandoverhauls a plus
- Must be able to createown set up
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications.
- Proficient in the use of measuring instruments such as micrometers calipers and gauges.
- Ability to work in metric a plus
- Have own tools a plus but not required
- Adhere to company safety policies and industry standards to promote a safe working environment.
- Background check and drug screen required
