**I HAD A VERY DETAILED CONVERSATION WITH THE HM AND THE HMS BOSS THIS MORNING.
THEY NEED FOLKS THAT DO HAVE SOME FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE. We do not want straight forklift. We need a combo of forklift and manual labor folks.
Forklift drivers seem to want straight forklift roles. We had 2 start and quit as soon as they found out they were not straight forklift roles. We need to be very clear with candidates on what this role is. They are emptying 18 wheeler trucks primarily manually minimal forklift usage.**
To be clear we need resumes of folks that DO have forklift experience but also manual labor on their resumes. They need to be open to doing both. If they do not want to do manual labor this is not the job for them.
