Manifold Cell CNC Operations II

Milacron is looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Mt. Orab this position you will be responsible for setting up and operating Weingartner grinding equipment to machine and finish metal components to engineering and quality specifications while supporting safe efficient manufacturing Youll Do:Set up and operate Weingartner grinding equipment to grind metal parts to required specifications and castings billets machine parts and other metal components to achieve smooth or rough-finished surfaces as excess metal burrs and surface imperfections using rotating grinding wheels and abrasive inspect and measure workpieces to verify conformance to engineering drawings specifications and company mount and change abrasive wheels with appropriate grit sizes to achieve specified product identification and job requirements using job travelers and production complex blueprints part drawings sectional views process sheets and company precision measuring instruments to perform inspections and accurately record machine performance and perform preventative maintenance activities to maintain production and maintain proper machine fluid levels and ensure equipment operates overhead cranes to lift position and transport components with Quality and Manufacturing teams to address defects nonconformances and process-related standards related to safety quality delivery cost 5S housekeeping teamwork and improvements to products processes and overall operational other duties as assigned by :Technical Program Certificate or 1 years of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience operating grinding equipment machines and grinding processes to inspect commercial and manufactured parts for compliance with engineering specifications and company to read and interpret complex blueprints drawings and process using precision measuring instruments to utilize overhead cranes safely and effectively problem-solving and continuous improvement to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in high-pressure communication and interpersonal to understand and follow verbal and written mathematical skills including addition subtraction multiplication and to safely operate power tools and manufacturing Milacron we strive to build a diverse workforce through equal opportunity employment that embraces and leverages the differences each individual has to offer.
