Manatal Class A CDL Local Night Driver – Home Daily

What does this job pay

• Average Pay: $1200 per week with annual earnings up to $70000.
• Pay Model: Youll be paid whichever is higher your base mileage rate ($0.45 to $0.54 CPM based on experience) OR Short-Haul Band Pay ($41 to $96 for runs under 225 miles).
• Extra Cash: $20 per stop $2500 total Sign-On Bonus ($250 paid right after load #1 followed by staged payouts over 180 days).
• Paid Orientation: 1 day in class ($50) plus 23 days of ride-along onboarding ($100/day).

What will my schedule and home time look like

• Home Time: Home daily after every shift (rare hotel stays if required).
• Shift Times: Night runs starting between 8 PM and 11 PM (delivering overnight keeps you out of heavy traffic and makes store drop-offs easier).
• Work Rotation: Alternates between 6 days on/34-hr reset and 5 days on/2 days off (weekends and holidays required during peak freight days).

What kind of freight and equipment am I running

• Freight Type: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight servicing regional retail stores within 300 miles.
• Weekly Volume: Around 1250 miles per week averaging 13 runs per day (13 stops per run).
• Equipment: Late-model day cabs (International Freightliner Kenworth) in a slip-seat setup.

What are the requirements to get hired

• Licensing & Seat Time: Valid Class A CDL active DOT medical card and at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 6 months.
• Daily Commute: Must have a reliable personal vehicle to get to and from the distribution center every shift.
• Customer Skills: Strong customer service mentality including making sure store staff acknowledge your delivery on arrival.
• Screening Standard: Solid driving background/MVR and passing pre-employment DOT drug screenings.
