The Volunteer Services Manager is responsible for managing the integration of volunteers into the health care team by implementing processes for volunteer recruitment screening interviewing training/orientation placement retention discipline evaluation and termination as well as the supervision of Volunteer Services staff. As a Family Support Services staff member the Volunteer Services Manager will demonstrate a commitment to Cook Childrens Health Care System Operating Values as follows integrating them into each job function. Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in a related field required.
Minimum 5 years experience in non-profit volunteer administration required.
Computer proficiency required.
Proficiency with Volgistics software preferred.
Certification preferred (CVA or CAVS).
Hours:
Monday to Friday:
8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm
