Manager, Transport & Mobility | Full-Time | Centennial Yards

The Manager Parking & Mobility position will manage day-to-day event daily and monthly parking transportation and mobility operations at Centennial Yards in the Downtown Atlanta area.

This role pays an annual salary of $90000-$104000 and is bonus eligible.

This position will remain open until October 30 2026.

• Ensure operational excellence and high-quality service by developing and implementing efficient procedures with emphasis on continual improvement.
• Hire develop train and support a team of part-time parking supervisors parking ambassadors and maintenance porters.
• Ensure all parking systems are operational.
• Perform minor maintenance of all PARCS systems (clear ticketjams in pay stations repair barrier gates).
• Train designated staff on remote management of PARCS Systems.
• Inspect all parking systems/devices to ensure they are operational.
• Assist Director with creating new parking products additional revenue streams and reducing costs of the parking and mobility operation.
• Assist Director with working towards sustainability goals including revenue the PARCS system and operational audits.
• Assist with strategic planning traffic management planning and budgeting.
• Assist in monthly reporting efforts to the client.
• Review/analyze guest surveys and other performance measures to maximize operational performance.
• Manage rideshare operation coordination and relationships with partners.
• Work with transportation technology GPS wayfinding partners (Google Waze and Apple Maps).

• 3-5 years of experience in parking/transportation management; event management preferred.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Operations or a related field.
• Knowledge of parking revenue management systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including long hours nights weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Valid driver license .
