This position is for an Experienced Manager Supply Chain Management overseeing supplier performance for a Tier 1 supplier within the Interiors business. The function of this position is to direct and manage the activities between Collins Aerospace and the major Tier 1 supplier during the life cycle of a product/program. The primary focus of this position is to obtain optimum product/services in terms of delivery cost and quality.

This role will be onsite in Phoenix AZ.

What You Will Do:

• Manages the overall relationship with strategic Tier 1 account across multiple business units.
• Ensures supplier is performing to delivery quality and cost requirements.
• Identifies and implement operational solutions that achieve business objectives and remove barriers to delivery.
• Improves supplier performance.
• Leads root cause investigations and corrective actions to ensure sustainable solutions.
• Partners with internal clients/stakeholders to improve and implement supply chain strategies driving predictable performance and risk mitigation.
• Manages projects to support strategic and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Makes supplier visits as required to conduct program reviews and audits to ensure supplier is managing the program to meet program requirements and schedules.
• Tracks portfolio obsolescence status and works with internal stakeholders to identify and qualify alternate sources.
• Travels approximately 25%.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
