Job Overview
This role is essential for managing retail operations within partner locations to deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with brand standards. It involves leading a bilingual sales team to engage customers promote products and achieve sales targets through effective coaching and development. The role requires maintaining operational excellence including managing customer flow store systems and visual merchandising standards. Success is measured by customer satisfaction sales performance team development and adherence to operational procedures. The work directly impacts customer loyalty and revenue growth by ensuring high-quality service and strong partner relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a bilingual sales team to achieve customer engagement and sales performance goals
• Manage store operations including customer flow visual merchandising and adherence to operational standards
• Coach team members through observations and feedback to improve customer interactions and product knowledge
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with store-in-store partner leadership and sales teams to support mutual success
• Utilize digital tools and solution-based selling techniques to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Preferred)
• 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Preferred)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $65800 - $118700 inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $49350 - $89025

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this rolebased on hiring location T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
