Job Summary

At Palo Alto Networks we are at the forefront of securing the evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) landscape. We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven Manager AIRS Solutions Specialists to lead mentor and empower a high-performing team of technical specialists dedicated to our AI security go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

In this first-line leadership role you will bridge strategic vision and hands-on execution guiding your team in accelerating customer adoption solving complex AI security challenges and driving market leadership for securing homegrown and generative AI applications.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead develop and coach a team of specialized AIRS Solutions Specialists to achieve high performance technical excellence and pipeline milestones.

• GTM Strategy Execution: Drive the operational execution of our AI security GTM strategy ensuring team alignment on customer adoption targets for generative and custom AI security solutions.

• Pipeline & Deal Orchestration: Partner with sales and cross-functional leadership to oversee pipeline generation qualify strategic opportunities and remove blockers during complex deal cycles.

• Technical & Strategic Guidance: Support your team in high-stakes customer engagements guiding discussions on advanced topics like securing RAG models prompts vector databases and enterprise AI architectures.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the bridge between your specialists and cross-functional partnersincluding Product Management Engineering Marketing and Enterprise Salesto continuously refine solutions based on field feedback.

• Market Evangelism & Scale: Drive consistent enablement best-practice sharing and market evangelism to position Palo Alto Networks as the premier choice for securing AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• People & Team Leadership: 2 years of direct people management experience (or demonstrated team lead experience) driving high-performing technical sales solutions architecture or consulting teams.

• Domain Expertise: 7 years of technical experience including 3 years in AI machine learning deep learning or generative AI security contexts.

• Cybersecurity Background: Strong foundation in cybersecurity (e.g. data security network security or AI-specific threat landscapes).

• Cloud & Modern Tech Stack: Broad technical literacy across cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and popular generative AI tool integrations.

• Execution & Drive: Proven ability to manage resource allocation track team performance metrics and pivot strategies in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

• Executive Communication: Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level decision-makers alongside your team.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
