Job Summary

Come join us at Terrestrial Energy a US developer of advanced Generation IV nuclear reactors. We are growing our workforce to develop and deploy our Integral Molten Salt Reactor (IMSR) small modular nuclear plant to provide cost-competitive clean firm heat and power to industry.

The Company has recently completed a merger creating a publicly listed operating company (NASDAQ IMSR) to secure the capital resources for our next growth phase. With the current alignment of US Federal and State government as well as industry interest in Small Modular Reactor (SMR) and advanced reactor technologies such as Terrestrial Energys IMSR there is today a unique and compelling opportunity to participate in the execution of the companys growth business plan.

  • Have the specific skillset and experience for the following role:

The Manager Regulatory & Strategic Programs under the direction of the Vice President Business Development & Project Management is primarily responsible for supporting regulatory and enterpriselevel strategic initiatives related to deployment of the Integral Molten Salt Reactor (IMSR). This role provides coordination integration and reporting support across licensing strategic planning project execution and governance in a highly regulated nuclear environment. The role works closely with Regulatory Affairs Engineering Project Management Finance Legal and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment with IMSR deployment objectives.


Other responsibilities include:


    • Coordinate activities supporting nuclear licensing regulatory engagement and compliance milestones
    • Track regulatory commitments deliverables schedules and dependencies across internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Maintain regulatory and strategic program documentation in accordance with nuclear quality assurance requirements
    • Support preparation of regulatory correspondence briefing materials and executivelevel summaries
    • Support governance forums steering committees and strategic reviews including agendas materials and actionitem tracking
    • Ensure alignment between regulatory activities and IMSR deployment execution plans
    • Monitor program risks issues and milestones; escalate concerns as appropriate

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Project Management Nuclear Technology or related field
    • Minimum 7 years experience supporting programs in a regulated industry (nuclear energy aerospace or defense preferred)
    • Experience coordinating complex multidisciplinary initiatives
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences
    • Strong organizational documentation and timemanagement skills



    Assets

    • PMI certification (PMP or CAPM)
    • Experience supporting nuclear regulatory or licensing programs
    • Familiarity with advanced reactor technologies or FOAK deployment initiatives
    • Knowledge of nuclear quality assurance and compliance frameworks
    • Experience supporting executivelevel governance or strategic planning activities
