Job Summary
In collaboration with Ministry leaders the manager provides strategic direction and oversees clinical quality initiatives including planning design development implementation and evaluation of quality-related projects and programs.
The manager ensures appropriate accurate and timely measurement and reporting of clinical quality and patient safety practices throughout the facility. Provides guidance and structure for holding coworkers and facility accountable to achieving performance goals. Promotes cooperation and sharing between quality departments across the ministry.
The Manager of Quality will perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission values and Mercy Service Standards.

Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field
5 years of clinical healthcare experience
13 years in quality improvement patient safety or risk management
Strong leadership communication & presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex data and influence decisions
Collaborative mindset with high emotional intelligence
Masters degree in a healthcare-related field
CPHQ or CPPS certification
Previous leadership/management experience in healthcare
