This is how you WOW:
- Lead daily assembly and production operations to consistently hit output schedule and customer targets.
- Account for operational results across Safety Quality Delivery and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
- Enforce strict quality systems process controls product standards and standard work documentation.
- Champion Lean manufacturing initiatives to drive productivity minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Coach develop and lead supervisors and frontline teams to build a safe high-performance culture.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Business or a related field.
- 5 years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing ISO quality systems and root cause analysis.
- Proven track record of operational execution accountability and driving performance improvements.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Supply Chain Engineering and Maintenance.
