Job Title: Project/Product Manager III

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
- Manage learning projects and portfolios by providing strategic direction to the Enterprise Learning & Development group (ELD) to ensure that the SCE workforces possess the knowledge and skills required to work safely in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- You will help to close performance gaps as well as implement solutions that shape performance across the organization.
Required Skills/Attributes
- Experience overseeing the implementation of training initiatives across diverse operating units (OUs) assessing effectiveness identifying gaps and reporting on outcomes.
- Experience providing oversight of training curriculum maintenance and new development ensuring programs remain current and aligned with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Experience making data-driven recommendations and executing complex initiatives that address regulatory and operational challenges.
- Experience collaborating with business leaders SMEs and Instructional Designers to prepare and deliver clear and concise training recommendations.
- Experience defining training project requirements developing implementation roadmaps and managing execution while navigating obstacles

Desired Skills/Attributes
- Experience assessing the impacts of regulatory requirements and safety initiatives on electric grid infrastructure and operational processes for customer service or craft and experience reporting findings to key regulatory stakeholders.
- Experience interpreting and aligning technical business operations with regulatory requirements across multiple organizational units including craft work ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Experience implementing automation solutions that ensure compliance with policy or governing agencies while embedding safeguards in process design
